• Installation and maintenance of fire fighting systems.
• Sales of fire safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms, etc.).
• Safety audits and consultancy.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product listing at any time without prior notice.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the quotation or purchase process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
• For installed systems, you agree to adhere to the maintenance schedules recommended by our engineers to ensure functionality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire Technique & Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• For fire safety equipment, our liability is limited to the product warranty terms provided by the manufacturer. We are not liable for system failures due to lack of maintenance or misuse.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for products and services will be specified in the invoice or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for late payments.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.
